The access we need depends on the type of issue.

If your request is related to analytics or conversion tracking, we will usually need access to your Google Tag Manager container with publishing permissions and access to Google Analytics with Editor-level permissions.

If we need to implement ecommerce tracking or set up a product feed for Google Merchant Center or Meta Catalog, we may also request access to your website admin panel and/or server environment.

For server-side GTM setup, we may need access to your domain DNS settings. Alternatively, we can provide step-by-step instructions so you can make the required DNS changes yourself.

For Google Ads tasks, including one-time fixes, audits, or campaign management, we will need your 10-digit Google Ads customer ID. After that, you will need to accept our manager access request.

The price of any task — whether it is a standard service or a custom implementation — is calculated based on the applicable billable hourly rate. The hourly rate may differ depending on whether the work is performed by a marketing specialist, an analytics specialist, or an engineering/development specialist.

In most cases, we provide the full price and expected timeline before payment, so you know the total cost in advance.

If the actual workload may change or can only be accurately determined during the work, we will inform you before the order is confirmed.

If the issue is caused by an integration with a third-party platform, our team will usually suggest either fixing the current implementation or using an alternative solution.

If the integration was previously implemented by our team and is still under warranty, our standard contract terms may still classify this as paid troubleshooting. However, in practice, our managers often take the customer’s side, and if the correction is minor, we may handle it under warranty at no additional charge.

You will receive a description of the proposed actions and a detailed cost breakdown before payment. After the work is completed, you will also have an opportunity to test the result and confirm that the issue has been resolved.

You have 5 business days to respond to a request in the ticket.

If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, the ticket may be closed. Reactivating a closed ticket costs USD 35. You will not be able to create a new ticket for the same issue instead of reactivating the existing one.
