Campaigns chosen for the job
We define the campaigns and testing hypotheses needed to pursue the agreed goal, with a roadmap and checkpoints. The scope follows the strategy — not a preset quota of keywords, ads, or campaigns.
Support beyond the launch
Your agreed launch scope includes 30 calendar days of management from the actual campaign launch. We review progress and make adjustments within that scope, then provide a handoff and status summary. Continued management is agreed separately.
How the launch is planned
Define one focused business scope
Tell us the main service, closely related services, or product group you want to promote, together with the target market and primary business outcome. We confirm whether the scope can reasonably share one promotion strategy and one primary performance measure.
Shape the strategy and roadmap
We prepare a high-level strategy outline, recommended advertising budget, campaign approach, key hypotheses, stages, checkpoints, and an indicative estimate of the work required. This initial planning is free.
Agree, build, and launch
If we agree on the objective, strategy, scope, and fees, we build and launch the agreed campaign structure. The launch is followed by 30 calendar days of management within that agreed scope.
One focused scope. One agreed measure of success.
The starting scope covers one main service, a closely related set of services, or one product group that can share a coherent promotion strategy and one agreed primary performance measure. We confirm those boundaries during the initial review and estimate the work required at each stage.
A single scope may require several campaigns and testing hypotheses. Their number is determined by the agreed strategy and workload rather than a fixed package allowance. Additional business directions or materially different requirements are scoped separately.
For an online store, closely related categories may form one product group when they can be promoted through the same strategy. For example, shirts and trousers may belong to one clothing group, while footwear may require a separate scope. The grouping is confirmed from the actual business and promotion strategy rather than from a fixed product taxonomy.
One agreed primary KPI does not mean other indicators are ignored. Supporting metrics and checkpoints may be used to understand progress, diagnose problems, and make campaign decisions.
Basic tracking corrections needed for the agreed launch may be included where reasonable. A standalone tracking implementation, complex integrations, Merchant Center or feed projects, landing-page development, and materially different additional business directions are scoped separately.
Advertising results are not guaranteed. Before paid implementation begins, we assess whether the objective, budget, offer, market, and measurement situation support an approach we can responsibly recommend. We may suggest a different scope or decline the engagement if we cannot identify a credible path.
